摘要
循环经济是构建和谐社会和经济发展的重要模式,其对应的适用层面和范围可按国家、区域、企业三个层面划分,区域和企业层面应按其资源开发和利用程度进行组织实施。在煤炭富集区建立“循环经济工业区”是十分必要的,也是切实可行的。在以煤炭为基础工业的区域或企业,延深煤基产业链是推行循环经济的重要途径。
Circular economy is a important model for making harmonious society and economical development. Its applied aspect and extent is able to he compartmentalized according to country, area and enterprise. For the aspect of area and enterprise, it will be implemented according to the extent of development and utilization of resource. It is very important and essential to make a industrial section of circular economy in the area enriched with coal. In the area or enterprise where are based on coal, extending industrial chain based on coal is a important route for pushing circular economy.
