摘要
着重分析了气水反冲滤池配水系统配水布气的均匀性和可靠性问题,并对以往预制小块滤板存在的弊病提出了改进措施。结合工程实例介绍了无接缝的整体浇筑滤板和可调节滤杆进气孔水平度的新型滤头工艺,它可广泛用于给水上的V型滤池、翻板滤池以及污水处理上的曝气生物滤池。
An analysis is made with the emphasis on the evenness and reliability of air and water distribution of the water distribution system in the air/water backwashing filter. The measures improving the disadvantages existing in previous small filter plates prefabricated are put forward. The integrated poured filter plates without joint and adjustable strainer head are introduced with an engineering example. They can be widely used in V-type filter and flap-type filter for water treatment and in biological aerated filter for wastewater treatment.
