摘要
目的:测定宁夏红寺堡不同生长年限栽培蒙古黄芪 Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao 中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法:Phenomenex C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(32:68),流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),ELSD 检测器漂移管温度为100℃,载气流速为2.65L·min^(-1)。结果:不同生长年限栽培黄芪中黄芪甲苷的含量均高于中国药典规定的0.040%。结论:宁夏1～4年生栽培黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量趋于一致。
Objective：To detemine the contents of astragaloside in Astragalus rnembranaceus （Fisch.） Bge. var. mongholicus （Bge.） Hsiao of Ningxia Hongsibu Methods：The method adopted a Phenomenex C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） ,with mobile phase consisted of acetonitriIe -water（32： 68） ,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1; Detector was ELSD,with an inlet temperature of 100 ℃ ,and its flow rate was 2.65 L· min^-1. Result：The contents of astragaloside in different ages cuhivated Radix Astragali were all highter than that mentioned in Pharmacopoeia（0. 040% ）. Conclusion：The contents of Radix Astragali contented for 1 -4 years almost have the same resuh that cultivated in Ningxia.
