摘要
目的研究单用虎杖水煎液对烫伤大鼠的治疗作用。方法取大鼠40只,在其背部制成烧伤模型,随机分成生理盐水对照组、万花油对照组、烧伤膏对照组和虎杖水煎液治疗组。暴露疗法,无菌技术操作,创面擦洗药物。观察药后创面愈合情况,以创面愈合率及时间长短评价药物疗效。结果虎杖煎液组第9,16天创面愈合率分别是同期生理盐水对照组的1.42倍和1.56倍,第22天虎杖水煎液组愈合率达95.56%,而生理盐水对照组只有75.78%,虎杖水煎液组与9,16天同期万花油对照组、烧伤膏对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),但虎杖水煎液组与第22天同期万花油对照组、烧伤膏对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论单用虎杖水煎液对烫伤大鼠有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To study the therapeutic action on scald in rats by the single application of Polygoni cuspidatis water Decoction （PCD）. Methods In the experiment,40 rats were made into scald models on the back,and were divided randomly into vacuity control group, Wan Hua You control group, Shao Shang Gao control group and PCD treatment group. The rats were treated with exposure therapy,aseptic manipulation and local application of the drug on the wound surface. The therapeutic effect of PCD was detected by the area of wound healing,the wound - healing rate and the wound - healing time. Results The wound - healing rate in PCD treatment group was 1. 42 and1. 56 times higher than that in vacuity control group on the 9th day and 16th day. On the 22th day the healing rate of the group with PCD reached 95.56% while the rate in the group with normal saline was only 75.78%. There was no significant difference between the group of PCD and the group of Wan Hua You or the group of Shao Shang Gao（P 〉 0.05） on the 9th and 16th day. But there was significant difference on the 22th between the group of PCD and the group of Wan Hua You or the group of Shao Shang Gao（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The PCD has good therapeutic action on scald in rats.
