摘要
[目的]研究单用虎杖煮液对大鼠深Ⅱ°烫伤的治疗作用。[方法]取大鼠30只，制成深Ⅱ°烫伤模型，随机分成生理盐水对照组、烧烫灵对照组和虎杖煮液组。暴露疗法，无菌技术操作，创面局部擦洗药物。现察药后创面愈合情况，以创面愈合率及时间长短评价药物疗效。[结果]虎杖组第10天、第18天创面愈合率分别是同期生理盐水对照组的3．2倍和2．9倍，25天后虎杖组念合率达97．4％，而生理盐水对照组只有61．6％，虎杖组与各同期烧烫灵对照组无显著差别。[结论]单用虎杖煮液对大鼠深Ⅱ°烫伤有较好的治疗作用。
[objective]To study the therapeutic action in deep Ⅱ°scald in rats by the single application of Polygoni Cuspidatis Decoction(PCD). [Methods]In the experiment, 30 rats were made into deep Ⅱ°scald models and then divided randomly into 3 groups-the control group with norml raline, the coneal group with Shao Shang Ling and the group with PCD. The rats were treated with exposure therapy, aseptic manipulation and local application of drug on wound surface. The evaluation on the curative effect of the drugs was made by observing the healing rate on the wound surface and the healing bine required. [Results] The healing rate in the group with PCD reached 3. 2 and 2. 9 times higher than the group with normal saline on the 10th day and 18th day. After 25 days the healing rate of the group with PCD reached 97 .4% while the group with normal bine was only 61 .6%. There was no significant difference shown between the group with PCD and the group with Shao Shang Ling. [Conclusions]The side application of PCD proves a better therapeutic action in deep Ⅱ° scald on rats.
