摘要
简要分析了我国土地利用总体规划的内涵及其体系,以镇江市为例,从规划目标的实现、实施效益等方面对地(市)级土地利用总体规划的实施进行评价分析。
Based on brief analysis of the meaning taxi system of general land use planning in China, in the paper the transition function of general land use planning in municipalities was pointed out. The evaluation of the general land use planning of Zhenjiang as a ease was conducted from the aim realization and the effect of the planning.
