摘要
针对当前小城镇规划编制与实施中存在的问题,从既有利于提高规划编制的科学性和可实施性,又有利于促进城镇可持续发展和“三农”问题解决的角度,提出了一套相对完整的规划编制与实施的评价指标体系及评价等级标准,并对指标权重系数的确定、评价结果的状态方程输出等做了简要的说明。
Aiming at the problems in the formulation and implementation of small town planning, this paper proposes a complete appraisal index system and hierachical appraisal standards which will help improve the scientificness and feasibleness of plan formulation, accelerate the sustainable development of small towns, and solve the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers. Then it briefly states the evaluation of index weight and the equation of results.
