摘要
研究了阿米卡星和替米考星2种药物在无乳链球菌、停乳链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、致病性大肠埃希菌4种奶牛乳房炎常见病原菌联合药敏试验中的相互作用,结果表明,阿米卡星与替米考星对各菌的MIC均在7.81-62.50μg/ml之间;二者联合后的FIC指数范围0.75—1.0;二者联合用药时为相加作用。
study the interaction between Amikacin and Tilmicosin against the bacteria of dairy cow mastitis, the susceptibility testing of drug combination to Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli in vitro was done. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Amikacin and Tilmicosin against the batertia was determined with the grade dilution method. The fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC) was measured with checkerhoard microdilution ,nethod. The results showed MIC of Amikacin and Tilmicosin against the batertia was 7.81 -62.50 μg/mL and the FIC of Amikacin combined with Tilmicosin was 0.75 - 1.0. The study suggested that the combination of Amikacin and Tilmicosin to the bacteria had additive effect.
