摘要
本文为企业的人力资源管理设计一套薪酬方案,内容包括管理者的能力评价指标体系、任职资格评价体系及其考核制度等,并对这些指标体系之间相互关系作了量化考察。
This paper designs a set of salary plans for human resources of enterprlses,the content of which includes managers'appraisal index system, the qualification appraisal system and examination system and so on. At last, quantified survey is made on the relation- ship of these index systems.
