摘要
探讨了在材料的微波加热与合成过程中,如何精确地测量加热体内温度。在分析了微波加热过程中常用的几种温度测量技术后,认为目前几种在线的温度测量技术对于固态微波加热体内部的温度测量都存在着一定的缺陷。在此基础上,结合微波加热过程的一些特点,采用了一种离线型的、测量微波加热体平均温度的方法,即微波加热体的水量热测温方法。温度测量方法的原理是热传递和能量守恒,经实验验证,该温度测量装置的测量结果具有较高的可靠性。并且测量结果可以作对于微波加热体温度场理论计算结果准确性与精确性进行验证的重要依据之一。
The emphasis of this paper is put on how to measure the temperature inside a soild material sample that is heated and synthesized with MW, more accurately. Based on analyses on sevcral on- line typical temperature- measurement techniques in MW heating processes, it is thought that there are always defects in on- line temperature measurement techniques for solid material ,samples, especially inside solid material samples, when using microwave heating and synthesizing methods for materials. So, and also according to scome characteristics of microwave heating and synthesizing, an off line temperature measurement method as well as its apparatus for determining average temperature of a solid material sample is proposed and practiced. This method as well as its apparatus is called the aqueous heat capacity method and apparatus, respectively. The principle of aqueous heat capaeily method is based on heat transmission and energy eonservatkm. It is reliable that temperature is measured with the aqueous heat capacity apparatus, through the test proof of related experimental proceas of heating and synthesizing material sample with MW mcthod. When it is designed and manufactured specially and consciously, the experimental measurement results obtained with the aqueous heal capacity apparatus may be taken as an important test to theoretical computations about temperature profile in a solid material sample heated and synthesized with MW method.
