美洲黑杨新无性系生长动态遗传分析及早期选择 被引量:17

A DYNAMIC GENETIC ANALYSIS OF GROWTH PATTERN AND EARLY SELECTION FOR NEW COTTONWOOD CLONES

摘要 对4个区试点的5个美洲黑杨无性系的年生长动态进行了遗传分析。在不同区试点各无性系的年生长模式大致相似。遗传方差分量、广义遗传力随不同发育年龄而波动。生长早期选择是有效的。 The growth traits of new cottonwood colones in 4 clonal testing plantations were inverstigated. The similar growth pattern was found for each clone and plantation,there was no difference of growth existed within clones in the same site during the first 3 years ,the differenciations of growth within clones appeared after 3 years. The genetic variance and broad sense heritability changed with ages, and the growth trait was generically controlled in the degree from medium to stronger. Based on the analysis of genetic correlation and genetic gain of early selection, a conclusion was made that the fourth year growth could be effectively used to predict the growth at the harvest.
