摘要
液压系统主动维护的首要问题为系统设定目标清洁度,最佳的目标清洁度应在系统的工作可靠性和维护成本之间取得平衡。介绍了目标清洁度设置的一般方法和步骤,并提出了进一步优化目标清洁度的理论和方法。目标清洁度的设置和优化是液压系统污染控制智能化研究的一个重要内容。
Setting objective cleanliness is a principal problem in the proactive maintenance of hydraulics. The best objective cleanliness should obtain the balance between system reliability and maintenance cost. The methods for setting objecl:ive cleanliness were introduced, and the theory and method of optimizing objective cleanliness were proposed. Setting and optimizing objective cleanliness is one important aspect in the study of contamination control inteUigentization of hydraulics.
