摘要
通过对液压系统污染物的形式、来源、危害进行分析,制定出液压系统污染控制措施及方法,使液压系统达到目标清洁度,使系统及元件寿命增长,降低故障率,减少设备停机时间。
Through analysing the type, the sourse and the harm of the contamination in the hydraulic system, the paper indicates the measures and methods for the contamination control in the hydraulic system. The cleanness classes is up to the demand of the hydraulic system. The life of the system and the elements are improved and the equipment breakdown is lowed.
