构建社会主义和谐社会的全新命题要求高校把构建和谐校园作为一项重要任务。科学有效地管理高校组织内部的各种冲突是构建和谐校园的关键。必须正视高校组织内部冲突的客观存在,科学认识高校组织内部冲突的功能属性,进而对其进行有效管理,以推动和谐校园的构建。
The brand-new proposition of construction of the socialist harmonious society requires the university to regard the harmonious environment for teachers and students as an important task. Scientifically and effectively managing the various internal conflicts of university organizations is vital for the harmonious campus. The objective reality should be taken seriously of the existence of the internal conflicts in university organizations, and scientifical analysis should be undertaken of the function attribute of internal conflicts, which then can be managed effectively in order to promote the construction of the harmonious campus.
