从纳豆中筛选得到一株纳豆芽孢杆菌,研究了该菌在液体摇瓶发酵中,培养基成分和发酵条件等因素对纳豆激酶产量的影响。在20L发酵罐放大培养时纳豆激酶的产率可以达到2031.5U/mL。
A strain effect of meadium of Bacillus Natto has been screened from natto . The paper investigated the composition and fermental conditions on the production of nattokinase in batch culture of Bacillus Natto in flasks. The productivity ofnattokinase could reach up to 2031.5U/mL at the scale of 20L scale fermentor.
