摘要
针对供水库群联合调度的多水源多用户水资源配置问题,选择供水过程均匀为系统目标函数,基于大系统聚合分解理论,设计了一种对供水水库群聚合分解协调的算法.在此基础上,为了充分发挥库群的联合调度能力,使库群的调度过程具有可控性,提出了一种基于优先度的调度方案.与经典的分解协调法相比,聚合分解协调法具有较强的实用性.
The study is performed to deal with the problem of water resources allocation in joint operation of feeding reservoir group with multiple users and multiple water sources. With a uniform water supply process taken as the objective function, a water resources allocation model was developed based on the theory of aggregation and decomposition of largescale system, which provided a new hierarchical aggregation-decomposition-coordination algorithm for feeding reservoir group. A joint operation scheme was proposed based on priority to make full use of the storage of feeding reservoir group and to make the operation process controllable. A case study performed for comparison of the conventional decomposition-coordination method with the aggregation-decomposition-coordination method shows that the present method is of high applicability.
