摘要
针对城市供水库群水资源合理配置问题,采用大系统分解协调理论进行了探讨和研究,将供水库群分解为独立子系统,并在其间建立控制反馈的联系。同时,对子问题选用加速遗传算法进行求解;并以深圳市宝安区供水库群为研究对象,选择带有权重的相对缺水率最小为目标函数,建立了二层分解协调模型,验证了模型的可行性。
Considering the complex problem of water resource allocation of feeding reservoir group for cities, a rational and optimal distribution model is studied based on the theory of decomposition-coordination. The feeding group system is divided into relatively independent individual reservoir and a control and feedback relation is built among them. The problems of subsystems are solved by RAGA.The feeding reservoir group of Bao" an district, Shenzhen city is taken as a real case, relative water deficiency ratio with weight coefficient is chosen as the target, a bilevel Decomposition-coordination model is built and the feasibility is proved.
