摘要
医德教育过程是道德认知与道德行为的统一。当前,医学院校的医德教育只强调道德认知,而无道德行为的培养,客体化倾向明显,有其自身无法克服的局限性。“思想·心理·行为”医德教育模式是以思想教育为主导,以心理教育为基础,以制度教育为保障,以德性行为养成为归宿,凸现“思想·心理·行为”三位一体的完全人格教育的德育模式,是对客体化模式的超越,充分体现了现代医学模式的需要、医学生医德形成与发展的规律和德育规律,具有主体性、实践性、整体性等鲜明特点,是对德育目标、德育课程、德育机制、德育评价全方位的全新构建。
The process of medical ethics education embodies moral cognition and moral behaviors. Presently, medical ethics education in medical colleges and universities centralizes on moral cognition and the absence of the cultivation of moral behaviors and obvious objectification demonstrate impenetrable limitations. With the purpose of the development of moral behaviors, the model of "ideology - psychology - and- behavior" is centered upon ideological education, based upon psychological education and guaranteed by systematic education, forming a moral education model of complete personality education, integrating ideology, psychology and behaviors. It is a perfection of objectification model, representing the needs of modem medical model, the laws of the formation and development of medical ethics of medical students, and the laws of moral education, It is distinctively subjective, practicable and integral, It is an all-round reconstruction of goals, curriculum, mechanism and assessment of moral education.
