麻黄中挥发性化学成分的顶空固相微萃取技术气相色谱/质谱分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的采用顶空固相微萃取技术(HS-SPME)和GC/MS分析麻黄中挥发性化学成分。方法用固相微萃取技术对麻黄中挥发性化学成分进行顶空取样,用GC/MS对其进行定性分析,并与传统的水蒸气蒸馏(SD)方法进行比较。结果固相微萃取法30min可萃取出20个挥发性化学成分,水蒸气蒸馏法蒸馏提取6h可萃取出24个挥发性化学成分。结论顶空固相微萃取技术对麻黄中挥发物的提取分析,更简单、快速、灵敏和无溶剂,可以作为中药麻黄的质量评估方法之一。 Purpose To develop a headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the analysis of volatile compounds in ephedrae herba. Methods The SPME method for the extraction of volatile oil from ephedrae herba has been compared with the conventional steam distillation (SD). Results Twenty compounds were identified by using SPME after extraction for 30 min. Twenty-four volatile compounds were identified by the conventional SD after extracting for 6 h and using large amount of organic solvent. Conclusions The proposed SPME is a simple, rapid, solvent-free and superior method for the analysis of volatile compounds in ephedrae herba.
