28S核糖体RNA基因D3区序列在两种甲螨中的测定及其系统学意义

摘要 利用引物D3A和D3B扩增出姬三皱甲螨Rhysotritiaardua和棒菌甲螨Scheloribateslatipes的28SrDNAD3区序列,结合GenBank检索得到蛛形纲的8个相关序列,采用MP法构建分子进化树.发现蜘蛛目分化较早,前气门亚目、甲螨亚目首先聚合,再与中气门亚目聚为一类;但蝎目比蛛蛛目进化晚.说明28SrDNAD3区对于蛛形纲分子系统分类有一定的意义. The D3 fragment of the 28 S rDNA sequences of Rhysotritia ardua and Scheloribates latipes was amplified using D3A and D3B. By combining eight relative sequences of Araehnida available in the C, enBank, a parsimonious tree of 10 species was built by maximum - parsimony method. The results show that, Araneae were the primitive group, Prostigmata and Oribatida cluster together before they cluster with Mesostigmata, but Seorpiones were the advanced. This suggests that the D3 fragment of the 28S rDNA sequences has certain significance for moleeular systemie taxonomy of Araehnida.
