摘要
随着生物技术的迅速发展,以DNA分析技术为基础的分子生物学技术在菌根真菌研究中得到了广泛应用。故此对菌根真菌的研究中所采用的DNA分析技术和同工酶分析等技术作了介绍,并综述了其在菌根真菌分类鉴定、多态性及亲缘关系和菌种持续性等方面研究中的应用成果,还探讨了分子生物学技术在菌根真菌研究中的应用前景。
As the rapid development of molecular biology techniques, a wide range of application of these techniques on the studies of mycorrhizal fungus was produced. Techniques for DNA Analysis and isoenzyme analysis were introduced. The application achievements of molecular biology techniques on taxonomy and identification of mycorrhizal fungus, genetic diversity and relationship, sustainability of fungus species were reviewed; and the prospect of molecular biology's application on the studies of mycorrhizal fungus was discussed as well.
