摘要 目的:研究几种静脉输液在输液器中混合时发生沉淀的原因,测定其pH值和含量变化。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍前后药物含量变化;用酸度计测定pH值变化。结果:注射用炎琥宁与维生素B6注射液混合时pH值下降,产生沉淀,含量下降;注射用阿洛西林钠与奥硝唑注射液、硫普乐宁冻干粉针溶媒使用不当配制的输液等酸性药物混合时,pH值下降产生沉淀。结论:炎琥宁与维生素B6注射液、阿洛西林钠与臭硝唑氯化钠注射液等酸性注射剂不可配伍使用。 Objective:To assess the compatibility of several infusion solutions when they were mixed. Methods: A few infusion solutions were competed and then the stability of the drug contents were monitored by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The changes of pH values were measured by a pH meter. Results:The non-compatibility of Yanhuning for injection with vitamin B6 for injection was found, manifesting the reductions of pH value and Yanhuning concentration as well as the occurrence of precipitation. The combination of azlocillin sodium for injection with omidazole for injection and tiopronin powders for injection led to the unwanted precipitation due to pH values down. Conclusion :The non-compatibility of Yanhuning with vit B6 for injection and azlocillin with omidazole for injection were verified.
