摘要
采用纤维素酶提取决明子蒽醌,首先考察了酶用量、pH、提取温度和提取时间对提取率的影响,确定了每个因素的最佳范围,然后通过正交实验得到决明子蒽醌提取的最佳组合工艺条件:酶用量0.6%,pH4.6,提取温度55℃,提取时间2h,由此获得的总蒽醌提取率为17.05%。
The anthraquinone was extracted from Cassia obtusifolia L. by cellulose enzymes. The optimum range of extraction conditions were determined by single factor trials on enzyme amount, pH value, extraction temperature and time, And the optimum extraction conditions were found out with orthogonal tests as follows: enzyme amount 0.6%, pH 4,6, extraction temperature 55℃ and time 2h, Under these conditions, the total anthraquinone extraction yield was 17,05%.
