摘要
从天女木兰(Magnolia sieboldiiK.Koch)种子的形态、种皮电镜观察、种子各部分抑制物质的生物测定和种子成熟过程中激素含量的变化等方面研究种子的休眠特性。结果表明:天女木兰种子秋季采收后其种胚尚未发育完全,是导致天女木兰种子深休眠的主要原因,但其种皮透性良好;种子不同部位存在不同程度的发芽抑制物质,主要存在于假种皮和胚乳中;种子成熟时胚乳中高浓度的ABA、IAA及低浓度的GA3是导致种子休眠的又一原因。
In this paper, the dormant characteristis of seeds were studied through seed morphology, the ventilation of seed coat, the biological measurement on components of seed, and endogenous hormone contents of seeds on maturing process. The results showed that the embryo was not mature, which is the main reason of seed dormancy. The ventilation of seed coat was good, seed inhibitory substances to different degree existed different units, mainly arid and endosperm. The other reasons of seed dormancy were the high concentration of ABA and IAA. and low concentration of GA3.
