摘要
采用YX1154油料电导率测定仪研究了水分和机械磨损杂质对在用液压油电导率的影响.探索了在用油品失效的极限电导率范围.结果表明:通用装备液压油电导率随污染度的增加而迅速上升,且使用前后电导率变化超过15 ns/m表示水分或机械杂质达到报废要求.该方法具有快速、简便的特点,可同时监控水分和机械杂质两项指标,所以电导率法作为一种在用液压油质量监控和报废评价快速、有效的手段,具有广阔的推广应用前景.
This paper studied the effect of moisture content and mechanical impurity on electrical conductivity of inuse hydraulic fluid of general equipment by means of YX1154 electrical conductivity tester of oil. The limit range of electrical conductivity was explored when the hydraulic fluid lost efficacy. The results showed that the electrical conductivity increased rapidly because of the increasing pollutants. When the change of electrical conductivity is over 15 ns/m, it the hydraulic fluid is condemned. Since this method is fast and simple, and can monitor two indexes of moisture and mechanical impurities simultaneously, the electrical conductivity has wide range of application as a speedy and efficient method of quality monitoring and abandonment evaluation for hydraulic fluid of general equlpments.
