介绍了招聘外色的涵义和发展现状,分析了招聘外包过程的优势与劣势,指出了实施招聘外包过程中应注意的问题,最后论述了招聘外包在农民工招聘中的应用。
This paper introduced the definition and the developing situation, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages in the outsourcing of recruitment, painted out the problems that should be paid attention to,and discussed the application of recruiting farmer worker.
