摘要
研究3种药剂对水稻幼苗抗寒性生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:给水稻幼苗喷施适宜浓度的氯化钙加双氧水、复配硝酚钠和诱抗剂溶液能不同程度地减缓低温胁迫下细胞膜的损伤,提高水稻幼苗的抗寒力;试验还发现,不同保护剂之间的效果存在较大差异,喷施诱抗剂溶液的效果明显好于其他两种药剂。
Rice seedling ws treated by three chemical complexes, CaCl2 + H2O2, Sodium Nitrophenolate Complex and inducer, and its physiological characteristics was studied, The resuts showed that all solutions with appropriate concentration could alleviate the damage of low-temperature-stress to cell membrane and thus improve cold resistance of rice seedling. And different solution showed distinct effects, inducer solution had the best effect than others.
