摘要
利用SSR标记法与盐溶蛋白法进行了鉴定玉米品种的对比试验。结果表明:盐溶蛋白法能很好地鉴定出供试的32份自交系和14个杂交种,且具有简单、快速、准确、稳定和低成本的特点;SSR分子标记法筛选了50个引物;用筛选出的多态性好的6个引物组合能鉴定出所有材料,具有独特的优越性,但设备要求高,成本相对较高,普及较困难。因此,在玉米品种鉴定上,应以盐溶蛋白法为主。
SSR and salt-soluble protein PAGE analysis were used in seed purity test.The results showed that 32 maize inbred lines and 14 hybrid could be distinguished by salt-soluble protein PAGE, and it was simple, quick, accurate, stable and cheap.50 primers were used in SSR analysis and only 6 primer tombinations could distinguish all the hybrid and inbred lines. But it can't be applied in a large scale on account of high expenses. In conclusion, salt-soluble protein PAGE can be used in most cases.
