摘要
简单介绍了弧面分度凸轮数控加工技术的研究现状,分析了进行开放式弧面分度凸轮数控加工系统开发的意义。根据加工特点,选用了弧面分度凸轮加工专用数控机床。设计了以PC机为平台,以PMAC为核心的弧面分度凸轮加工专用机床开放式数控系统,给出了该系统的硬件和软件结构及设计。
Introduces the current research status on golboidal indexing cam NC machining technology briefly, and analyses the meanings of development of golboidal indexing cam open CNC machining system. According to the machining nature, the special CNC machine tool for golboidal indexing cam is choosed. A open CNC system using personal computer and PMAC（programmable multi- axis controller） is introduced, and the make up of control system as well as hardware and software structure are presented.
