摘要
利用Pro/E进行凸轮的优化设计与仿真分析。介绍凸轮设计的总体方案,建立凸轮轮廓曲线,导入Pro/E中完成模型建立,根据实际凸轮受力建立约束条件,完成运动环境设置后对凸轮进行仿真分析,根据分析结果实现优化设计。
Using Pro/E to optimize the design and simulation of the cam. After Introducing overall program design of cam, we build cam profile and import it to Pro / E complete model establishment.After that, adding constraints based on the actual cam force, setting up the environmental movement,and completing cam simulation analysis, to optimize the design based on analysis results.
