摘要
长期以来,高校图书馆普遍地把停止借阅权当成处罚大学生的手段之一。这种规定和做法在理论上是站不住脚的,在实践中是与图书馆“以人为本”的服务宗旨背道而驰的。因此,笔者呼吁:我们可以探索多种管理和教育违规读者的方法,但有一种要杜绝,那就是——“停止借阅权”。
For a long time, university libraries commonly regard stopping borrowing right as one mean of punishing college students. This kind of prescription and measure are not only invalid in theory, but also not consistent (in agreement) with vocational spirit and serving tenet on human as basis of library in practice. Therefore, the writer appeals that we can explore vaflous kinds of methods for managing and educating readers, who disobeyed related rules, but one method must be put an end to, that is to stop borrowing right.
