摘要
方式范畴是个未见系统深入讨论的问题。方式可以分为陈述性方式和修饰性方式两类。方式与行为、状态等范畴的基本区别在于：方式是动作行为、性状变化的方法与形式,具有相对性。方式状语与介词结构有密切的关系,介词结构的语义关系有两个层级。表示方式义及工具、处所、对象等语义的介词结构也可以构成方式状语。方式是一个语义范畴,方式状语范畴内有一个语法等级。
The manner category is the issue that need to study systematically and deeply. The manner can be divided into two kinds： those are the manner of statement and the manner of modification. The basic difference between the manner and the category of behavior and state is that the manner is the way and form of behavior, so it has relativity. There is a close relationship between the manner adverbials and prepositional phrase, there are two semantic hierarchy in the prepositional phrase. The prepositional phrase those express manner, instruments, locative and object can form manner adverbial. The manner is a semantic category and there is a grammatical hierarchy in it.
