摘要
对《体育与健康》新课程标准中五大目标的关系进行了探讨,明确了运动技能目标在五大目标中的地位.认为:运动技能目标是实现身心健康目标的桥梁;运动技能的习惯化、自动化、生活方式化是终身体育的必要手段;运动参与目标的实质直指运动技能目标.同时,对传统的运动技能教学的弊端进行了分析;对协调五大目标的关系提出了具体建议.
Through discussing the relationship of five objectives in Physical Education and Wellness New Curriculum Standards, it was further defined the position of sporting skills objective in the five objectives, sporting skills objective was thought to be a useful way to achieve physical and mental health, the familiarization, automatization and popularization was thought to be essential to realize lifetime physical education, the essence of sports was thought to be sporting skill objective. Meanwhile the malpractice of traditional sporting skill education was also involved concrete advises to coordinate the five objectives were proposed.
