摘要 本文论述了以聚氨酯改性酪素的原理和工艺条件。酪素是古典皮革涂饰材料,虽然具有光亮的涂膜及良好的透水汽性、耐高温性,但涂层耐湿擦和耐曲挠性较差,经过聚氨酯改性后,不仅保留了酪素涂饰剂的特点,而且耐干、湿擦可达到5级,明显提高涂饰效果。 Abstract The leather finishing agent based on polyurethane-modified casein,which is suitable for finishing aniline full grain leathers,is possessed of many pleasant features such as bright coatings, smoothness,true leather feel, fastness of high temp. and so on. The processing of this product is as follows. 1)Casein making: The distilled water is added into a three-mouth flask into which casein was put in advance, pH is adjusted to 7.5~8with triethylamine, and the mixture is dissolved by stirring at 60℃to give 10% casein.2) Synthesis of polyurethane prepolymer:Polyester,butylene-gly-col,3) TDI, etc. are placed in a three-mouth flask, added by acetone,stirred to raise temp. to 60~70℃, and reacted for 4 hrs.3)Modified casein synthesis:Polyurethane prepolymer is put into a three-mouth flask,added by casein solution and butylene-glycol solution at high speed of stirring,reacted for 30 min. and freed at vaccum with acetone to get the product.
