摘要
本文在已有的区位商分析方法基础上，提出了“产业综合区位商”概念，并以此作为衡量地区产业综合区位优势的尺度。借助于计量模型，分析了1978～2003年宁夏回族自治区六部门（农业、工业、建筑业、交通通讯业、商业、其他服务业）综合区位商变化趋势。结果如下：第一，宁夏产业综合区位商变化带有明显的阶段性特征。20世纪90年代初以来全面推行的市场化改革，提高了宁夏各产业部门的资源配置效率及其综合区位优势。第二，农村剩余劳动力向具有比较优势的非农产业转移，有利于优化地区产业结构。第三，各部门对宁夏产业综合区位优势变化有着不同的影响。建筑业影响力最大，其余依次是：其他服务业、农业、交通通讯业、商业、工业。工业的影响力最弱。如何加快工业化和工业部门优势产业的发展，是宁夏产业结构调整的关键。
On the basis of existing analytical method of location quotient, the writer of this article proposed the concept of ＂Synthetic Industrial location Quotoent＂, and tries to make it as the standard in valuating the industrial synthetic location advantage of the region. Seeking help from the metrological pattern, the author analyzed the changing tendency of synthetic location quotient of six industrial departments in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region during 1978--2003： agriculture, industry, construction, transportation communication, business and other service sectors. The results： Firstly, the change of industrial synthetic location quotient in Ningxia bears a clear mark of stage nature. The market reform which was put into full force since the 90s of 20th century helped to upgrade the effect of resource distribution among various industrial departments in Ningxia and raised its synthetic location quotient. Secondly, the extra rural labor force moved into comparatively superior non agricultural industries, this is useful in improving the industrial structure in the region. Thirdly, each department is exercising different degree of influence over the change of industrial synthetic location advantage in Nlngxia, construction sector is the most powerful, the others in descending order： service sector, agriculture, transportation ＆ communication, business, industry being the weakest. Thus it is clear that the key issue in adjusting the industrial structure in Ningxia is how to speed up industrialization and emphasize the development of industrial sector.
