摘要
改革开放以来,济宁市农村现代化得以迅速发展,有一大批"打工嫂"、"打工妹"也参与到生产劳动、经济活动中来。但从现状看,济宁市农村妇女在向非农产业转移中明显地表现出滞后性,主要是受社会经济、体制、传统陈旧观念、自身素质、土地等方面的制约。要加快济宁市农村妇女向非农产业转移的进程,需要从加快农村乡镇企业的发展、提高农村妇女的素质、发挥群团组织作用、完善社会保障制度等方面着手。
The agricultural modernization has been developing greatly in Jining city, lots of rural women are participating into the productive labor, the economic activity of non - agricultural industry. But looked at from the present situation, there are still facing many difficulties in the course of shift to non - agricultural industry. So in order to speed up the shift, we need to do something.
