摘要
主要从行为科学的基本理论出发，通过对航空维修人为差错的统计分析，寻求人为差错的行为类型。
According to the view of the foundamental theory of behavioral science, the behavioral types, characteristics of human errors and the general preventive countermeasures are discovered in this paper by the meams of statistic analysis of human errors in aeronautical maintenance.
