摘要
目前,高校教师的管理存在着诸如管理理念滞后、绩效考评方式不准确、激励措施不恰当等方面的问题。将人力资源的管理理论运用到高校教师的管理工作中,对以上问题进行反思,那么目前高校就应当树立“人力资源是第一资源”、“以教师为本”的观念,从而提升高校人力资源管理的科学化、规范化和民主化的水平。
At present, there are such problems as management idea, evaluation way, motivation method and so on in college teachers' management. It is important to introduce the theory of management of human resources into the management of college teacher. In order to make the management of human resources more scientific, regular and democratic, we must reflect these problems and regard human resources as the first in college.
