酶催化合成共轭亚油酸甘油酯的溶剂效应 被引量:5

Effect of Solvent on Lipase-catalyzed Synthesis of Glyceride

摘要 研究了以共轭亚油酸(CLA)和甘油为原料,利用脂肪酶Novozym 435在异辛烷和无溶剂两种反应体系中采用直接酯化法催化合成共轭亚油酸甘油酯,并探讨了温度和时间对溶剂效应的影响.结果表明:在65℃,n(甘油):n(CLA)=2:1,酶添加量为体系总质量的1%的条件下,反应24 h后,不同反应体系中共轭亚油酸的转化率相近,分别为83.44%和88.24%,而所得共轭亚油酸甘油酯的组成有显著差别,分别形成W/O型和O/W型微乳液,前者以单甘酯和二甘酯为主产物,后者以三甘酯为主产物. The enzymatic esterifications of glycerol with conjuated linoleic acid were carried out efficiently using Novozym 435 in isooctane and solvent-free system respectively, then effects of temperature and reaction time were studied. When glycerol reacted with conjuated linoleic acid at 65℃ for 24 hours with a molar ratio of 2: 1, catalyzed by one weight percent of lipase to the reaction system, the conversion of conjuated linoleic acid in isooctane and solvert-free system reached 83.4% and 88.2% respectively. On the other hand, the glyceride obtained was different, namely, for the former, mono- and diacylglycerol were primary products, for the latter, triacylglycerol was the primary product. Micoroemulsion of W/O and O/W was formed respectively.
