摘要
通过对土地外部经济的阐述,指出了我国城市土地利用中存在的一系列外部性问题,并从土地利用规划、征收“庇古税”、界定产权、经济激励机制等方面提出了外部性问题治理对策。
Based on the explanation of the theory＂ of exteroal economy of land, a series of exterior problems in the utilization of city land in our country, were pointed out and from the four aspects of land use plan, levying ＂the Pigou tax＂, limiting property right and the economy droving mechanism, the couotermeasure of the exterior problems was proposed . Thus, the model of the reasonable disposition of land resource was provided.
