摘要
农用地价评估是我国经济增长过程中土地利用类型转化的关键问题之一.在实地收集影响土地质量和效益资料的基础上,采用G IS技术进行测算,得到了巴州区征地统一年产值和征地分区域统一年产值,结果表明区域统一年产值总分值在60-80分区段上的单元占有绝对的优势.结果较为客观的反映出巴州区农用地年产值空间分布规律,结论可为巴州区征地管理工作和其他土地管理工作提供依据.
Annual unification production evaluation is one of the most important problems in the procession of economic growth in China. Based on field investigation and data selection of the impact factors to the land quality and benefit, this paper gets yearly unification production in Bazhou district of Sichuan Province, P. R, China, and subregional yearly unification production by using the geographical information system（ GIS ） method. The obtained result indicates that the units with 60-80 points are predominant in yearly unification production. And this well showed the spatial distribution of yearly unification production on fanning land use in Bazhou, also it supports the official management of land use and land imposing.
