摘要
超声引导下活检凭借诸多优势对乳腺小肿瘤及可疑淋巴结的诊断日趋成熟。如何提高其诊断成功率及进行诊断后随访值得关注,同时要认识目前尚有争议的问题及这项技术的局限性,并研究其相关措施。目前在乳腺小肿瘤的临床诊疗中已出现了多种联合应用的新技术。
With rapid development of ultrasound techniques and percutaneous biopsy, ultrasound-guided biopsy which has much superiority, is gradually mature on diagnosing on minor breastneoplasms and doubtful lymphadens. It deserves to be paid close attention to how to boost diagnosis achievement ratio and carry out follow-up after diagnosis. We should recognize the disputed issues and limitations of it now, then study correlated methods. It has been showing up to many kinds of associated techniques in the diagnosis and treatment on minor breastneoplasms.
