摘要
目的：制备门冬氨酸洛美沙星滴眼液并建立质量控制方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法测定洛美沙星的含量。结果：样品中门冬氨酸洛美沙星的平均回收率为99．7％，RSD为0．96％；且在1．0—10．0μg/ml（r=0．9999）呈良好线性关系。结论：本制剂制备工艺简单，无刺激性，质量可控。
Object： To prepare lomefloxacin aspartate eye - drops and to establish a method for its quality control. Methods： The content of lomefloxacin was determined by UV - spectrophoto metry. Results： A good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 1.0 10.0 μg/ml （ r = 0.999 9}. The mean recovery was 99.7% with RSD of 0.96%. Conclusion： The preparation of lomefloxacin aspartate eye - drops was simple, no- thrill and the method of quality control by UV- spectrophoto metry was reliable.
