摘要 食品溯源已经成为一个有关食品、食品安全、食品安全事故的术语(A buzz word),正在得到广泛的关注和运用。欧盟从2005年1月起,对所有食品及饲料产品实行强制性溯源管理(Mandatory traceability)。在现代社会里,建立健全食品溯源制度已是食品企业、消费者和政府的共同要求,并成为全球食品安全管理的发展趋势。
