摘要
课题组内部分工合作的成败得失,对一个科研计划项目的完成质量具有决定性的作用,但其重要性并没有得到足够重视。本文通过分析提出了课题组内部分工合作的实现机制,即:通过倡导和宣扬追求科学的精神,改变以排名先后顺序评价科研人员的做法,对科研人员的研究工作积累和成败得失进行综合考察,延伸管理链条,形成三级管理模式,提高课题主持人的管理素质和管理者意识以及课题组成员的责任意识,营造良好的外部环境;通过处理好课题组成员的个人关系,搭配合理的知识结构,结合课题组成员的个人兴趣安排任务分工,形成良好的团队结构;通过合理的分权,及时有效的沟通,轻松愉快的学习,做好团队管理;进而实现课题组内部的分工合作,提高科研工作效率,加快科研产出,推动我国科技事业的发展。
The success or failure of internal division of labor and cooperation in a TBSRG has the decisive function on the completion quality of a scientific research plan item,but its importance has not obtained enough attention.This paper proposes the realization mechanism of internal division of labor and cooperation in a TBSRG through the analysis,namely:through initating and publicizing the pursuit of scientific spirit;changing the way of appraising scientific researchers not by their name's order but by the comprehensive verification of the accumulation,success and failure in their research work;extending the administration and form administration pattern of three levels to improve the TBSRG director's administration quality and superintendent awareness as well as its members'responsibility awareness and create the good external environment;dealing well with the individual relation of its members,matching reasonably the knowledge structure,dividing the tasks according to its members'individual interest to form the good team structure and through the reasonable decentralization,prompt effective communication, relaxed happy study and effective administration to achieve the realization of internal division of labor and cooperation in a TBSRG,enhance the scientific research efficiency,speed up the scientific research, and impel the development of science and technology in our courtry.
