摘要
排烟热损失是锅炉最大的一项热损失,对锅炉热效率有很大影响。参考中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 10184-1988《电站锅炉性能试验规程》和美国机械工程师协会动力试验法则ASME PTC4.1,综合考虑脱硫剂的加入对干烟气量、干空气量和水蒸气体积的影响,建立了循环流化床锅炉排烟热损失的数学模型,较以往各种方法更全面、准确。
Heat loss due to exhaust gas is the largest heat loss of boiler, which greatly affects the thermal efficiency. Consulting GB/T 10184-1988 and ASME PTC4.1, a new mathematical model for heat loss due to exhaust gas of CFB boiler with considering the effect of desulfurater on air capacity, gas capacity and steam capacity is deduced. This method is more comprehensive and accurate compared with other methods.
