摘要
煤炭洗选加工过程中排放出大量的煤泥,工业利用率低,针对循环流化床电厂干法脱硫剂过细石灰石粉扬析问题严重,设计一套掺烧煤泥型煤系统,将过细石灰石粉与煤泥压制型煤。通过分析掺烧煤泥型煤后床温、底渣和飞灰含碳量的运行特性,得出最佳掺烧比例;通过实验得出掺烧煤泥型煤脱硫效果好于原石灰石粉脱硫,实现煤泥资源的有效利用和循环流化床锅炉深度脱硫。
Emitted during coal processing large amounts of slime,industrial utilization is low,the problem is serious for a circulating fluidized bed power plant dry desulfurization limestone powder elutriation phenomenon meticulous design a mud mixed with coal briquette system,too small limestone pressed powder and coal slime. By analyzing the operating characteristics of the coal bed temperature of coal slurry briquette,bottom ash and fly ash carbon content,and the optimum blending proportion; by experiment of coal slurry briquette desulfurization better than the original limestone powder desulfurization,to achieve efficient use of resources and slime deep desulfurization of circulating fluidized bed boiler.
