摘要
目前,各高校都在采取不同措施引进人才,加强师资力量,然而高校在引进人才的过程中存在不少问题。文章采用博弈论原理对高校人才工作中的一些问题进行剖析,并提出一些政策建议。
All universities and colleges are absorbing talents by all means in order to enhance their teaching strength. But, there are a lot of problems in those universities and colleges during the inviting applications for a job. This paper analyzes some problem of absorbing talents in universities and colleges in China by game theory, then some suggests are given.
