摘要
钢材的高温力学性能数据是进行钢结构抗火性能分析与抗火设计的基础,通过对宝钢耐火耐候钢B490RNQ进行系列高温力学性能试验,得到了该钢种的屈服强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量、伸长率和应力-应变关系曲线等高温力学性能数据,并根据该试验结果得出可用于计算分析的高温材性模型,该模型与试验值验证吻合良好。
Experimental results on high temperature material properties of Fire-Resistant Weathering Steel B490RNQ manufactured by Baosteel were reported. The test data included stress-strain curve, yield strength, tensile strength, elasticity modulus, elongation rate etc. The mathematical model for prediating from the tests the properties of B490RNQ steel at elevated temperatures was presented based on the data There was a good agreement between the model result and the test date,
