摘要
用喷射成形工艺生产超高碳钢可成功避免碳的宏观偏析,但还必须通过合适的后继工艺处理,使喷射态坯料中的微缺陷得到弥合,并获得所需的显微组织。由此研究了超高碳钢工艺-组织-性能的关系,着重讨论了生产具有球化组织及良好综合力学性能(抗张强度约1200MPa,伸长率达19%)的超高碳钢的工艺路线。
The segregation of carbon in Ultra High Carbon Steel could be avoided by adopting spray-forming technology. However, the spray formed UHCS would not exhibit property superiority without proper subsequent processing. The processing should not only close the micro defects produced during the spray forming but also attain ideal microstmcture. The relationships among the processing, microstructure and property were studied, with emphasis on how to obtain UHCS with spheroidized structure and good mechanical properties (σb = 1200MPa, δ = 19%)
